Important Tips to make our English Communication Excellent

Dear learners, Excellent Communication Skills enable you to present your ideas confidently and effectively. This skills makes you avail job opportunities in today’s competitive scenario.

To develop excellent communication skills in English, one should practice passionately in English language only. For rigorous and result oriented practice one requires healthy environment which encourages him to come up with his ideas effectively. Those who avail this environment are able to develop their communication skills excellently. Those who do not avail these opportunities of speaking lack in gaining their overall amelioration in their speaking skills. They know the importance of practice and they are passionate to develop their communication skills but something stops them from their inner consciousness. On the basis of interaction with English learners, I have given solution to their addressed problems.

Basic Principle of language improvement

Developing communication skills is an art so one should in artistic approach while pursing the art of communication. There is a basic principle of language improvement which is implemented in all conditions. One must work on those reasons which stop one to communicate in English whereas one knows very well.

“One learns swimming when one actually swims.

One learns art of speaking when one actually speaks.”

This is such a realistic principle which is absolutely result oriented. There are many who have proven the same. You might have seen many examples in your acquaintances who gained a good command on English just with the environment and their determination to take part in it. There are many who were not so educated also but they gained proficiency in their language with their active participation.

On the other hand, there have been many knowledgeable personalities who can’t speak effectively even after having such a great command on grammar and vocabulary. Each language learner must keep this fact in their mind while pursuing this fascinating art.  

1. Hesitation

This is the issue raised by maximum learners when they are asked about their obstacles of language learning. The surprising point is that these learners are convinced with their problem and they name it hesitation. The reality is that it is their myth and hesitation does not exist for sincere leaners. The following are the reasons why there should be no hesitation while learning.  

• One may have hesitation in order to respect other people, or as the part of our culture but in learning, there should be no hesitation.

• When you have decided to have a leading role in your profession, there should be no hesitation.

• I have decided to have a national level job so there should be no hesitation to come forward in its test.

• I have decided to be excellent in both languages, there should be no hesitation.

• Why to hesitate among learners and among the trainers? No hesitation among those who are alike.

• Why to think of hesitation when it is not beneficial at all? There should no hesitation in getting achievements.

• If I say I have hesitation, this is not the right point of discussion, in fact it is digression. No hesitation in getting the discussion in right direction.  

• If I am a quick learner, I should have no hesitation in my mind at all.

          “I had not thought this dream career just for hesitation.”

• It is better to hesitate rather than being the part of fun. The opportunities of advancement and practical exposure should also be cashed so no hesitation for such wonderful opportunities.

2. From where to start this discussion

As a quick learner of language, you should begin each discussion with a formal approach. A language learner should find his/her own way of expressing it. Each topic has a bright scope of improvement in one’s language. One should present one’s opinion comfortably and decently. One should speak as much as one can. No doubt the more one speaks, the more one gains confidence whether the topic is logical or illogical. One should develop one’s flavor of taking part in such discussions. Some of the topics are

“How is your experience in this winter?”

“How was your journey?”

“What’s going on these days?”

“How’s life going on?”

Try to be good at repartee.

Avail the opportunity of speaking rather than thinking its usefulness or uselessness.

Opportunities make us tuned with the language whether the topic is very useful or of no use.  

3. We don’t get instant thoughts

This myth is no more with us if we keep availing all the opportunities of speaking. Instant thoughts we have when we keep doing thorough practice. Give your maximum time with this language in order to have rigorous practice. One is on the right track of improvement if one thinks to be quicker in thought delivery. This willingness comes when one is closer to ultimate success in gaining one’s proficiency in English Communication.   

4. We know our thoughts in Hindi but we are unaware of its English.

We must track what we know and what we do not know. Target your each thought of Hindi language into English.  Each sentence of our Hindi conversation is the great source of strengthening one’s English concepts. We ultimately need our own ideas to communicate in English not the bookish or the teacher’s ideas. Let’s have some random ideas of our mind,   

• KAHAN SE STARTING KRE.

          From where to start?

• ISSE JYADA AASAN TAREEKA KOI HAI HI NHI.

         There is no other easier way of learning English.

• ABHI SE LEKAR RAAT TAK, KEVAL EK HI KAAM KARIYE.

         From now till late night, just do only one task.

We have decided from this counseling.

We don’t have to lose any opportunity of speaking whether it is formal or it is informal. So have faith in yourself and God. Keep putting efforts and you will find a great level of improvement in yourself.
