Duration of days, hours, years-   Indefinite

Explanation: since and at, both the prepositions are used for definite time. Since is reserved to show definite time in perfect continuous. At is used to definite in other cases.

Explanation: the preposition is reserved to show indefinite time of perfect continuous whereas the preposition in is used to show indefinite time in other cases.

Explanation: sense of complete insertion.
